Based in Portland, Maine, Redfern Properties is a socially and environmentally conscious real estate development firm with a focus on mixed-use and multi-family housing. Our goal was to design a minimal and clean identity that would speak to both of Redfern’s audiences: lenders/investors and apartment tenants. The result is a refreshed visual identity that pays homage to their established reputation as a strong social and environmentally conscious developer. The new brand colors communicate a sense of trust and reliability.
