Return Policy

Portland Design Co is a small single-person run shop. Items sent are inspected for quality and accuracy before shipment. Portland Design Co does not accept returns or exchanges on any products unless they are defective or the wrong item was shipped. If a product is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact lk@portlanddesignco.com right away to discuss return/exchange options. Contact must be made within 5 days of receiving the shipment.
